Deposit
After the initial consultation, once you’re happy, and we have your idea, we will get to work on your tattoo design. Before we proceed we require a deposit which is standard practice in the tattoo industry. This is to make sure that our time is well spent on committed projects and designs.
First Draft
Once you are happy with your consultation, you will receive an initial first draft of your design within the first week. If you are happy with our vision and happy to proceed with the design, your deposit is non-refundable after this point. If you are for some reason unhappy with our direction or change your mind, we will happily issue you a refund of your full deposit.
No-Refund Policy
In very rare occasions, no matter how much we try, some customer’s communication lines stop. In instances like this, if we do not hear from you after two weeks our no refund policy kicks in, and you will lose any deposit paid at that point. This is to make sure our tattoo artist’s time have not been wasted and can move on to design other tattoos. We are very happy to review the refund policy on an individual basis should the need arise out of special circumstances.
Final Payment
Our team is available via email 24/7 no matter where you are in the world. We work with you to make sure you’re happy with the finished design. Once you are 100% happy, then we will invoice you the remainder of the payment for the delivery of the final design. Once final payment has been made and the tattoo design delivered, this will be non-refundable.
